25/26 Portal for Uploading PDF Forms
Please use this portal to upload documents that are currently not electronic form submissions. Documents must be in a PDF format. Images will not be accepted by the file upload. This portal is for advisor and student use. All forms must be complete and signed by all approvers or the form will be returned.
***This portal is NOT for Exam Change Forms. Please go into the Change Final Examination Form and upload there. There is a separate portal within the form***
- The form MUST be signed by the advisor. It the form is a Transfer Form for a VCCS class and found in the transfer portal the NO FORM IS NECESSARY. DO NOT SUMBMIT.
- You MUST go through your department to obtain the CRN and other requirements of your Undergraduate Research. If you are a School of Animal Science major you will need to go through the SAS process found here
- Your form will be declined if you do not have the form processed according to the requirements of your department. See link for APSC majors.
- Many forms are processed at the department level. TA's, Peer Mentor's, Field Study, etc.. are not processed by CALS AP.
